Remember, we are not an Estate Agent. Our project portfolio only includes projects which present a serious business opportunity for our investors. This means that when you invest money in one of our projects, you will gain a return by developing or refurbishing the premises or building and selling it on for a profit, or you will gain a permanent income stream through a proper business.

We also represent several different hotel owners who are interested in raising cash through the sale of their properties. Even though tourism is suffering a bit in Tenerife right now due to the world economic downturn, some of these hotels offer tremendous value and opportunity, and for the right investor the profit potential in these deals can run into the millions.

We have several opportunities available such as Sport Centers, Paying CarParks, Private Schools, Private Clinics, Business Centers, to be built in private or public land, with a lease of 30 to 50 years. This means you only invest on the infrastructure of the project, without having to pay for the grounds. These opportunities are only available to us because we know the right people in the right positions.
