Tenerife Solutions is currently marketing a number of buildings and businesses to overseas investors. We are looking for serious, motivated sellers who are prepared to sell their business, buildings or projects.

If your project, whether it’s a business or a building, is of interest to our investors then we will promote it free of charge. We also offer consultancy services to help present and promote your project to potential investors.

You must meet a number of conditions before we will promote your business, property or project directly to our investor network free of charge:

• Your project must be accompanied by an official and fresh valuation.
• You must be keen to sell and willing to negotiate on your price.
• You must be prepared to provide all required paperwork, including previous
   and updated accounts for any ongoing business.
• Any ongoing business must be fully legal with an opening license, or it must
  be easy to obtain any missing legal paperwork on completion of the
   investment.
• You must be willing to sell at least 51% of the business, ideally 100%.
• We will consider warehouses and commercial buildings.
• We will consider ongoing, operational businesses.
• We will consider businesses that are performing poorly, including
   businesses that are non-profitable.

We will then contact you to arrange a meeting where we can go through your project in more detail. If we are satisfied your project meets our criteria, and we feel it fits well into our portfolio, we’ll do a site survey and create a marketing project.

If the site survey is satisfactory then we will, at no cost to you, promote your project to our investors.
